Each booking includes the beer you’ll drink during the tour, but you can also upgrade your package to include snacks or more drink options. Whatever your budget, London Beer Bike has something to suit everyone.

Your booking lasts roughly 60 mins, leaving a buffer of 15 mins for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and fitness levels.

Cancellation

They happily work with all groups to ensure satisfactory resolution and they go the extra mile to ensure you will have a great time. However, sometimes plans get cancelled.

They are offering full refund in case you cancel your booking within 28 days. In case you decide to cancel after the exhaustion of the grace period, the deposit will be lost. However, they wish you to have the chance to enjoy the experience and not lose the deposit, so feel free to email them and reschedule your experience.
The window to rebook your experience is 6 months and it is subject to availability and existing bookings. Where they are unable to assist with making a requested change, and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking, we will treat this as a cancellation by your end . Since they incur costs in cancelling or changing your arrangements, all such changes and cancellations will be subject to the charges set out below.
In case you wish to reschedule, you need to place another deposit, which will be accounted along your initial deposit on the final balance.
In case you cancel within 28 days after rescheduling, the rescheduling deposit shall be refunded in full. If less than 28 days, you lose the initial and rescheduling deposit.

Our beer bikes are made of lightweight material, yet we recommend at least 6 participants.

All bikes come with ALL YOU CAN DRINK and therefore not required.
